Card processing is charged by your own payment provider and goes to them, not to us.
What counts as a unit
You pay per space someone can book.
A cabin
One whole place that one party books. 1 unit.
A private room
A spare room a guest books on its own. 1 unit.
A bed in a dorm
Each bed is separately bookable, so each bed is 1 unit.
So a cabin is 1 unit. A hostel with 4 private rooms and a 12-bed dorm is 16 units.
Where you break even
The big listing sites take up to about 15% of every booking. HustleHub is flat with no booking fee, so once a unit books more than about $130 in a month you are ahead, and everything above that you keep.
That break-even assumes the $20 standard rate against a 15% commission. On the $15 rate it arrives sooner.
It is not a separate site
Your stays sit inside the platform you already run your business on. Bookings, invoicing, clients and payments in one place, instead of a separate site you have to drive traffic to.
