Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HustleHub ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use HustleHub for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on HustleHub
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of HustleHub, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of HustleHub and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Data and Privacy

Your use of HustleHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and informs users of our data collection practices.

5. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. HustleHub cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may use HustleHub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use HustleHub in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on HustleHub are provided on an "as is" basis. HustleHub makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall HustleHub or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use HustleHub, even if HustleHub or a HustleHub authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Modifications to Terms

HustleHub may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using HustleHub, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

10. Google Integration & Data Use

HustleHub allows users to connect their Google Calendar accounts to simplify scheduling and prevent double-booking. When a user authorizes this integration, HustleHub accesses only the minimum Google data necessary to provide booking functionality, specifically:

• Reading event times to check calendar availability
• Creating events when a user confirms a booking

HustleHub does not access, view, or store the full content of any calendar events (such as titles, descriptions, guests, or meeting details) beyond start and end time metadata. All communication with Google APIs uses OAuth 2.0 and HTTPS encryption, and users may revoke access at any time from their Google Account → Security → Third-party Access.

HustleHub complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

11. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers, including Stripe. HustleHub does not store full payment card information.

Platform fees

HustleHub charges a platform fee on payments you collect for bookings and products, 4% for Founding 100 members and 5% otherwise, and 0% on paid plans. To use HustleHub you must keep at least one way for us to collect this fee: a connected Stripe or Square account, or a payment card on file. For payments you take outside HustleHub, such as Venmo or Zelle, you authorize HustleHub to charge your card on file for the applicable fee when you mark the payment received.

Stripe processing fees apply separately.

By using HustleHub's payment features, you also agree to the applicable terms and policies of those third-party providers.
