What we need from you
We move you over, but we start from your data. Here is the short list we ask for, and it is the same stuff your current tool already lets you export.
Coming from Mindbody
- Your client list (CSV export from Mindbody)
- Your services and pricing
- Your upcoming appointments or schedule
- Your logo and any branding
Coming from Guesty (or Airbnb / VRBO)
- An iCal export link for each listing's calendar
- Listing details: photos, descriptions, nightly and weekend rates, fees
- Your upcoming reservations export
- Your payout setup (Stripe or Square)
What cannot come across, from any platform: saved payment card details, guests and clients re-add these on first payment, and long historical records. Everything else, we handle.
